Terms and Conditions

  • By commissioning me you agree to the terms that are on this page.

  • I have every right to decline a commission.

  • I have every right to post commissions and their process onto my social media or not unless negotiated.

  • All commissions are for your personal use only unless commercial use is negotiated and any extra fees applied paid for.

  • You may not use any art received from me in AI training or as NFTs.

Payment

  • Payments will be done via PayPal invoice only.

  • 50% payment must be paid upfront before any work is done.

  • You will only receive your finished commissioned piece once 100% of the payment has been made in full.

  • All payments are final. There will be no refunds.

Process and Modifications

  • When commissioning please provide as much information as you can including image references, your commission type and descriptions.

  • Commissions by default will be done in 4K (3840 x 2160 Landscape / 2160 x 3840 Portrait). Please state when commissioning if you would like specific dimensions.

  • You may modify any part of your commission request prior to any work being done.

  • You may make up to five major changes for free during the early sketching/thumbnail phases of the commission. Extra fees will apply for any extra changes over five.

  • Extra fees will apply if you decide to make major changes your commission after the sketching phase or once it's completed.
